A Public Proof of Uniqueness

New York, NY, and London, UK – April 14th, 2026 – DSDC has cleared its next milestone: securing unique CUSIPs from CUSIP Global Services. This follows the SEC Notice of Effectiveness for the first DLT-powered securities on the DSDC blockchain network.
A CUSIP provides public proof that the DSDC instruments are recognized by the broader ecosystem as distinct, regulatory-compliant securities. This validates DSDC’s approach to streamline and open cross-border equity markets with modern technology:
Global Visibility: By publishing unique CUSIPs, every major securities database globally receives standard reference data for DLT-powered securities from DSDC.
Frictionless Trading: Every retail and institutional front office will be able to trade these DLT-powered securities via their existing broker relationships.
Seamless Settlement: Every back office can work with DSDC's security without the need to set up new accounts, bespoke infrastructure, or digital wallets.
With this unique identifier secured, we are advancing directly to our final full market-integration milestones: obtaining a trading ticker and achieving full DTC eligibility. All our securities will be published on our website at www.dsdc.net/securities.
