DSDC's securities are fully integrated into DTC via TZ Clear
New York, NY – June 22, 2026 – Digital Securities Depositary Corporation (DSDC) teams up with TZ Clear to integrate DSDC-enabled and blockchain-processed ADR securities into DTC, the existing US settlement environment.
DSDC is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with TZ Clear LLC, a DTCC member broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC to provide DTC Sponsorship Services for DSDC's Unsponsored ADR securities. Under the agreement, TZ Clear will sponsor DTC eligibility applications on behalf of DSDC, monitoring each application through to final determination. This partnership represents a significant step forward in DSDC's journey toward full market integration, ensuring that its DLT-powered securities can be settled and traded seamlessly across existing broker and institutional infrastructure without the need for bespoke arrangements or specialist accounts.
